Cancellations

Artcraft works with our Artisans to place orders and ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we must receive any order cancellations within 3 days of the original order. If you need to cancel your order please email help@artcraftonline.com or call us toll-free at 800.880.8348. Artcraft is open 10am to 6pm ET Monday through Friday. If you reach voicemail, please leave a message and we will respond within 24 hours. If you order has already shipped, please see our Returns Policy for further instructions.
