Artcraft strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and an unparalleled shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in their original condition.

When returning an item, please keep in mind the following:

Be sure to include a copy of your original sales receipt or your return will not be processed. Please send returns to the address below. Be sure to include your invoice number in the address as shown so that we can identify your order.

• Once we receive an item and ensure everything is in order, we will issue a refund to the credit card or Paypal account used to make the purchase.

• The original delivery charge is non-refundable except in the case of our error or if the merchandise is damaged or defective.

• Return shipping costs are your responsibility except in the case of our error or if the merchandise is damaged or defective. Returned items must be in their original condition. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage.

Please note: All sales on discounted and sale items are final.

Customized Items

Artcraft prides itself on being able to offer many custom options to our customers. Do to the nature of such pieces, custom-designed furnishings, accessories, select gifts and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are custom are noted as such in the product descriptions. Artcraft will make every effort to provide you with additional resources such as color samples in order for you to make informed decisions.

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the product shown on this web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Please Note: Custom orders that are defective or were made incorrectly according to the order specifications will be rectified.
